Product Application

The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems in power plants, substations, petrochemical departments, factories and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings. It is used as a power center, distribution center and motor control center for power conversion, distribution and control, including electric capacitor compensation.

For low-voltage power control centers and motor control centers in large single-unit power plants and large petrochemical industries, it can meet special computer-interface requirements. The product was developed to meet the requirements of power authorities, broad power users and design institutes, and to satisfy market needs such as increased capacity, computer interface, centralized power control, convenient installation and shortened accident treatment time. It follows safety, economy, rationality and reliability principles, with high breaking and making capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, novel structure and high protection grade. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage withdrawable switchgear and complies with IEC439-1, GB7251 and ZBK36001 standards.

Use Environment Conditions

  1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40C, not lower than -5C, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not be higher than +35C. If exceeded, derating shall be considered according to actual conditions.
  2. For indoor use, the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
  3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example 90% at +20C. The possible influence of occasional condensation caused by temperature changes shall be considered.
  4. When installed, the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees, and the cabinet group shall be relatively aligned and flat.
  5. The product is suitable for transportation and storage from -25C to +55C, and may reach +70C for a short time not exceeding 24 hours.
  6. The device shall be installed in places without severe vibration or impact, and where electrical components will not be corroded.
